What's it like being a Viewber?

How does it work?
After you have applied to become a Viewber Member, you will be guided through our application process. This involves a one-way video interview and passing two short online modules. If your application is successful, you will then need to complete an online form which includes uploading a DBS certificate dated within the last 2 years. Once you have completed this process you will then be eligible to receive appointment opportunies via the Viewber platform. You can then:

Access for each property varies however if a key collection is involved this will always be shown on the appointment invitation. Access may also be at the property via an owner/ occupier, key safe or Estate Agent. Once at the property you will conduct the appointment as requested, return the keys to the chosen location (if applicable) and then return home to submit your feedback.
