From c. £65 + VAT we can supply and fit one to any property anywhere, useful not just to guarantee viewings, but also for access by surveyors and contractors. We can fit standard or Police Approved key safe units.
Professional photography can often be cost prohibitive, which is why our simple point and shoot photography service has become extremely popular. Our Viewbers can provide photographs which are suitable for catalogue advertisements - including exterior and/or interior photographs, as well capturing images of any points of interest within the immediate vicinity.
Often insurance companies will require evidence that vacant properties have been visited on a regular basis. Our Viewbers can make these visits on your behalf, either confirming their attendance in ‘visitor logs’ held within the property or providing a report, customised to your own requirements, to document their visit.
