We understand that many auctioneers will have existing relationships with local estate agents to help them to market properties and conduct viewings.  However, where no relationship exists, the agent is stretched, or an auctioneer wants to retain their fee with no sharing, Viewber can work on behalf of the auctioneer directly, conducting open house appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week anywhere in the UK. Each month, around 30% of the viewings we conduct are for auction properties.

Our Client API (Application Programming Interface) is now published and available.  This enables Clients to transfer appointment bookings directly from their in-house management system.  Please contact us for details and documentation.

Open House Viewings

For most auction properties, as an example, we can conduct three half-hour open houses for £90 + VAT. Our Viewber takes the names of the people in attendance and provides any feedback. Simply provide us with the dates of the viewing slots and access arrangements and we’ll confirm back the name of the Viewber.

Property Access

Access is one of your biggest headaches. We have pioneered the affordable supply and fitting of key safes. From c. £50 + VAT we can supply and fit one to any property anywhere, useful not just to guarantee viewings, but also for access by surveyors and contractors. We can fit standard, Police Approved or Bluetooth key safe units.

Marketing Support

Professional photography can often be cost prohibitive, which is why our simple point and shoot photography service has become extremely popular. Our Viewbers can provide photographs which are suitable for catalogue advertisements - including exterior and/or interior photographs, as well capturing images of any points of interest within the immediate vicinity.

Vacant Property Checks

Often insurance companies will require evidence that vacant properties have been visited on a regular basis. Our Viewbers can make these visits on your behalf, either confirming their attendance in ‘visitor logs’ held within the property or providing a report, customised to your own requirements, to document their visit.

Kate Campbell-Balcombe

Kate is our Business Development Director and is charged with the development and execution of our sales, marketing, client relationship and strategic partnerships management.

Kate’s introduction to the property industry started in 1993 as a trainee negotiator for an independent agency in Sussex. Since 2008 she has built a successful career within the outsourced property suppliers arena and has a great deal of experience in developing new and niche services for property professionals across the UK.

Rowena Halstead

Rowena joined as our Business Development Manager in October 2017, bringing with her a wealth of sales management experience from around the globe - having spent time living in Spain and the Far East. 

Rowena has a passion for property and has carved out a very impressive property sales career - with experience in new homes, residential, overseas properties, holiday homes and the private rental sector.

Caroline is our Viewber Registrations Co-ordinator and helps Viewbers through their registrations and vetting process. Caroline has been part of the Viewber team since the outset.

Experienced in international property management and accounts.  She brings her strengths in personnel liaison having been part of management teams involved in charity fundraising, advertising and film production.

Asher Hazeldine

Asher has recently joined Viewber as our Business Development Administrator, bringing with her 15 years of experience in the property sector. 

Starting her career in 2003 as an Admin Assistant at a West London estate agency, she worked her way up to become a Lettings Manager before branching out to set up her own property services company specialising in tenancy inventory inspections and property management. She now brings her layers of experience to be a solid support for our business development team.
