Simply agree a time with your prospective tenants, then log in to your Viewber dashboard.
Enter the property details, including access arrangements, and follow our intuitive booking process to schedule the appointment. A local Viewber Member will be assigned, and you’ll receive their contact details in case you need to get in touch.
A Viewber Member attends on your behalf
Before the appointment, the Viewber Member will collect keys from your specified location (within three miles)—alternative arrangements can also be made.
At the scheduled time, they will attend the property, welcome the viewer(s), and guide them through each room.
Receive feedback directly to your inbox
After the viewing, the Viewber Member returns the keys to your specified location—or retains them if you’ve booked our key holding service.
They’ll also submit feedback on the potential tenant, which is sent directly to your email
