Guest Meet & Greet Support

If you or your property owner is unable to meet new arrivals, we can do this for you. Our Viewber will arrive at the required time and stay on-site for an hour. They will welcome the guests, give a short tour of the property, provide essential property information and hand over the keys. Our experience is that many guests will happily pay for this extra service.

Key Safe Installations

For self-service guest check-in’s a key safe makes perfect sense. We have pioneered the affordable supply and fitting of key safes and can provide either a standard, Police Approved or Bluetooth unit. Bluetooth units are ideal for short-term rental properties as Guests can be provided with a unique, time restricted code.

Serviced Apartment Viewings

Do you have professionals who wish to view properties prior to agreeing to a rental period? If your team is busy, or appointment requests are outside of normal working hours, Viewber can undertake them for you. Our Viewbers are available anytime, anywhere, for as little as £30 + VAT.

Property Checks

If counting spoons is not your thing, our Viewbers can do this for you by completing custom itemisation reports on your behalf. Likewise, if you need a condition check carried out on a remote property, our Viewbers can become your eyes and ears, highlighting any issues of concern.

Kate Campbell-Balcombe

Kate is part of the Chief Executive Team and is charged with overseeing our Sales, Client/Supplier Relationships and ever-expanding Viewber Community.

Kate’s introduction to the property industry began in 1993 as a trainee negotiator for an independent agency in Sussex; she later went on to manage a Countrywide Branch - receiving the Chairmans Award for the Most Improved Branch in the UK. Since 2008 she has built a successful career within the outsourced property suppliers arena working for The Live Organisation (First American Financial Corporation), ARPM Group and G4S Plc. She has extensive general experience in developing new and niche services utilising freelance resources -  along with a background in HR, project management, digital marketing, operations and Business Development.

Rowena joined as our Client Relationship Manager in October 2017, bringing with her a wealth of sales management experience from around the globe - having spent time living in Spain and the Far East. 

Rowena has a passion for property and has carved out a very impressive property sales career - with experience in new homes, residential, overseas properties, holiday homes and the private rental sector.

Nicole joined us in March 2018 as our Client Relationship Manager and is responsible for the proactive management of a growing number of clients.

Nicole has a wealth of customer services and operations experience and has worked in the fields of financial services, hospitality as well as the security sector.  Nicole has a passion for service delivery and process improvements and plays an important role in our Client Relationship Team.
