What does a Viewber report look like?
We’ve created easy-to-use pre-printed forms ensuring our Viewbers approach each property viewing in a logical and thorough way – even if they are filing a report solely comprising photographs.
There is a mix of tick box and open-ended questions within our written reports that ensure the end result is of maximum benefit to the client – whether they are an estate agent, property investor or insurance company. Each report is filed as a PDF document that can be opened on almost any device.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes! Each Viewber report can be customised so particular aspects of a property can be verified. If a client sends us their additional report requirements before the booking, we will create a bespoke report form on their behalf – ideal if the property is unusual or if the visit is to check something specific.
How quickly is a report filed?
Our aim is to have every report filed back to the client on the same day as the viewing. Our Viewbers can display the report form on a tablet or smartphone and fill it out on the spot, so most of our reports are actually filed within an hour of the Viewber leaving the property.
What do Viewbers look for?
Although not an exhaustive list, our Viewbers will look for cracks, condensation, mould and damage; ask the agent to open and shut all doors and windows, witness that taps and light switches work, detail the condition of the exterior and garden; report on the dimensions of rooms and suitability of storage, report wear and tear on items like floor coverings and kitchen fittings, record if there are any odours and relay information about the immediate neighbourhood - including the state of neighbouring properties - with all issues documented.
Do your reports contain photos?
Yes, even our entry-level reports contain photos as we know photographic evidence is critical in terms of evidence and decision making. Our top-end packages also contain videos too.
What report packages do you offer?
We offer four report packages, which can be chosen depending on the nature of the property and the desired outcome. Our inspection packages include: Bronze (photographs only); Bronze Plus (photographs and a video walk-through); Silver (detailed written report & property photos) and Gold (detailed written report, property photos and video walk through).
