Book a time and place online
Easy booking in just a few steps
Simply arrange a time with your prospective tenants, then log in to your Viewber dashboard. Add the property details—including access instructions—and book the appointment using our intuitive booking system.
A local Viewber Member will be assigned, and their contact details will be shared with you in case you need to get in touch.
A Viewber Member attends on your behalf
Prior to the time of the appointment, the Viewber Member collects the keys from your specified location (within three miles), alternative arrangements are possible. At the time of the appointment, the Viewber Member then attends the property, greets the viewer and takes them through each room of the property,
Receive feedback directly to your inbox
After the viewing, the Viewber Member returns the keys to your specified location (or keeps hold of them if you have booked a Viewber Member to hold the keys), completes feedback about the potential tenant which is then sent directly to your email.
