Gaining access to a property for important appointments, deliveries, or visitors can often be challenging. Viewber offers a range of solutions to make it easier — from installing key safes, use of KeyNest, trusted Viewber Key Holders, temporary key holding, and collection or return of keys to a specified location on your behalf.

KeyNest
KeyNest is a secure key exchange service that allows keys to be stored and accessed through vetted local locations across the UK. It enables users to drop off and collect keys with live tracking, making key
management more flexible, secure, and efficient than traditional key holding.
Full integration with KeyNest is available directly through the client dashboard for monthly billed clients [excluding pre-paid].
A Viewber Member key holder
Viewber Members who have good availability and pass our additional vetting process (including a DBS check) can hold the keys to a property indefinitely on your behalf, providing a secure option for when a key safe cannot be installed.
Key collection and return
Flexible key handling options for most Viewber appointments, keys can be collected and returned by a Viewber Member within approximately three miles or ten minutes’ travel. Alternatively, you can send keys by post ahead of the scheduled visit.

Add a property and book an appointment
Log on to your Viewber dashboard, add the property details and then book an appointment. Choose key collection and return or to add either a Viewber Member Key Holder or key safe.
Arrange collection or send keys
Arrange a convenient time for key collection or send the keys to our Viewber Member by post. If you have chosen a key safe, the installer attends the property, installs the key safe to the specified location.
