360° tours vs Live Whatsapp property viewings

Posted on 8 Jun, 2020

A recent conversation with a top end agent revealed that eight out of ten deals agreed in lockdown via 360° tours fell out of bed when an actual viewing took place before exchange.

360° tours have become part of many an agent's arsenal, but for most buyers they're simply not quite enough. Of course Viewber does 360° tours, but are finding their live virtual viewings via WhatApp, with up to three buyers asking questions live whilst a Viewber walks around, are much more effective where a physical viewing is still problematic. Actually seeing the view from a window or what's behind a door, or answering questions onsite is the next best thing.

If you have experiences that differ we'd love to hear opinions but if you haven't tried a live virtual viewing, very different from a pre-recorded one - do get in contact and have a go.
