Ed Talks - Property Podcast with Rajeev Nayyar

Posted on 25 Jul, 2019

Ed Talks to Rajeev Nayyar, ex lawyer now MD of Fixflo.

Rajeev is someone Ed asked for advice, in the early days he said to Ed, “don’t try and do too many things well, just do one or two things well.”

Fixflo is a system to help people deal with maintenance and repairs in properties… and helps tenants just as much as Landlords.

As a tenant and landlord, Raj saw pain in the property repairs and maintenance process and that it was broken.

Lots of you will have now heard of Fixflo, almost 40% of resi agents use their software - it’s mostly white labelled. They're also in 10 countries.

Rajeev is a true entrepreneur with the right attitude and full of great advice. You’ll find some of his tips useful whether an agent or starting up your own tech business - so buckle up and listen to Ed probing him a bit. You might be surprised by some of it!
