Viewber’s experience so far is that there’s a huge untapped resource of people out there who are interested in property, have a range of skills and are happy to earn a few quid when it suits them.
Many also think they can do what an estate agent does - if you ask a member of the public what estate agents do, most will answer – they show properties. It’s a small part of what they do, but it’s also one of the most time consuming and least efficient uses of their time, and Viewber is here to help.
What we’ve done is to give busy agents the chance to use local people, once vetted, to show properties, esp at weekends as we all know how difficult it is to see a property on a Sunday. It means they can get more people to get into more properties at more times – a win for everyone involved.
A big headache when it comes to viewing is the physical process of getting hold of keys, which we facilitate by the fitting and use of key safes or keyholders wherever possible.
Estate agents do many other things too, many of which are repetitive, time consuming and could often easily be done by anyone responsible who lives nearby. This could involve inspecting a property and taking some photos, doing an inventory of contents and condition via a pro forma, checking an empty asset isn’t being squatted, taking regular photos to help agents doing ratings valuations, pre-looking at potential instructions for out of area agents etc. etc. etc..
If you think you have the aptitude, would easily pass a vetting procedure and perhaps fancy yourself as a part time estate agent without the hassle, get in touch. There’s a great community feel developing and when we’re growing at 34% per month there should be plenty of opportunity for you to learn about property, and earn at the same time.
This is a real voicemail forwarded to us by a frustrated buyer... he subsequently asked the agent why they don't use Viewber - they do now!
So, what do you currently spend on sending staff out on viewings?
How does booking a viewing with Viewber work? For clients, it’s as simple as clicking a button but here we also explain what happens after the booking is sent.
