My name is Riz and I’m from Staffordshire. I have been a Viewber agent for the past 2 years and have loved every day of it.  It has been a pleasure and an honour to be part of this fast-growing company which revolutionised the property market. The Viewber team have welcomed me from the very first day and have always supported me in the appointments I have undertaken. The Viewber team are always happy to assist me in any query’s I have and advise me on the best way to give the highest quality of feedback for the clients and also helping viewers.

I have graduated with a law degree at Staffordshire university. This enabled me to progress my career when I was part of the conveyancing team at a large local law firm. Being part of the conveyancing team gave me a keen insight in how property is purchased and sold. This gave me the experience in making sure all conveyancing transactions go smoothly and efficiently as it is the most stressful time for the clients.

When the opportunity arrived to be a Viewber agent it made sense as I can put my experience to practice and be face to face with viewers viewing a property.

I really enjoy undertaking viewing appointments for clients such as estate agents and property managers. My main aim is whenever a viewer comes to view a property, I make sure I give the best possible service for both Viewber and most importantly the clients whom I am representing. I make sure I am welcoming the viewers with a warm smile and hosting the property with the highest quality such as having all the information of the property on hand and also of having local knowledge of the area, such as how far are local schools and amenities.

A situation that stands out to me in particular was a property that I was key holding for, and the clients and the property owners called me to request if I can call them when the viewers have left to let them know when they can arrive back at the property. The property owners were very nervous when viewers would come to the property as the house held some sentimental items of their late parents. I assured the property owners I would look after the property with love and care and they would not need to worry about anything. Once the property was sold the property owners were very thankful with how I conducted the viewings with great care and kept them informed and updated of the property’s condition. This was all worth it as the property owners left a lovely email to Viewber to pass on to me which makes it all the worthwhile.

Whenever I conduct a property viewing, I make sure to arrive at the property 30 minutes early to do my opening checks such as turning on lights, opening up curtains or blinds and most importantly checking the property is clean and tidy. I am always looking out for any litter outside the property which I immediately collect and dispose of as first impressions counts! If there are any wheelie bins at the front of the property, I move them to the side in a neat place. This is very important to me as I would like to represent the clients and property owners’ property with great love and care. I also carry fresh bottles of water, particularly on a hot day for viewers if they require any refreshments.

My tip to be a successful Viewber agent will be to be dressed as smart as possible. it is very important as you are representing both Viewber and the clients to the best of your ability. To me, to have a successful viewing, is when you are dressed smartly and conducting viewings on a property and the viewers appreciate the care and effort and customer service you provide and the viewers are always appreciative of this.

My favourite quote is “Every day is a school day, and the world is a classroom. Life is a teacher: choose your curriculum.” – This to me means that no matter what stage of life you are in the world is your oyster and there is so much to learn and enjoy the fruits of this world!
