Simply add a property to your Viewber dashboard and then book a Key Safe installation for your property, an insured professional will then install to your desired location.
Great Value Key Safe
A discrete, secure and great value choice. The Masterlock 5401D provides space for 1 – 2 keys secured with a 4 digit PIN that is entered on an integrated combination lock.
Police Preferred
Additional security for your keys, a police preferred Supra C500 Pro KeySafe secured with key pad entry of up to 12 characters. We will supply and install this key safe, on your behalf, for any property in the UK.
Bluetooth Key Safe
Advanced Bluetooth technology to allow access via a smartphone App. No key or combinations are required to be changed or share and you can provide access to individuals that you choose via the App.
Use Key Safes with Preferred Viewbers
With Viewber you can combine the use of a Key Safe with a Preferred Viewber. This option provides greater availability and flexibility for a hosting a viewing, open house or any other service on your behalf. If you choose a preferred Viewber, they will receive invites to appointments for your property first, meaning you will often be able to use a Viewber that is familiar with the property for viewings and other appointments.

Straightforward Key Safe Installation
Add a property and book an appointment
Log on to your Viewber dashboard, add the property details and then Book an appointment. A local Key Safe installer will be confirmed and we handle the rest.
An installer arrives at the property
The Key Safe installer attends the property, installs the chosen Key Safe to a location that you have specified, share the set code and then take a photograph to confirm installation.
Receive the code directly to your inbox
After the visit has been completed, our installer will share the initial key pad code for the key safe and confirm installation. You will then receive this directly to your emails.
Tips for using Key Safes Effectively
Specify your location
Choose a discrete location and provide us with clear instructions on where to install the key safe when placing a booking.
Seek approval
Make sure you have approval for the key safe installation from your vendor or the landlord
Avoid overloading
For security and to avoid jamming, only include 1 or 2 keys required for access and no unnecessary keyrings.
Change the PIN
After installation, we recommend changing the PIN, you can do this or ask one our Viewbers to do so when visiting your property on an appointment.
