Property Information Report - Basic
Our Basic property condition report provides photographs of the exterior and interior of the property showing views from the front door, garden, parking and each room in the property. It also highlights any major visible damage to the property.
Property Information Report - Advanced
Our Advanced report includes a video of each floor of the property, photographs of the exterior, opinion on the neighbourhood, details on the property configuration, parking, garden, appliances, damage and heating.
Video & Opinion Extended + Floor Plan
This report shows a video of the surrounding area, interior of the property, opinion on the view from the property and the current interior condition, property configuration and a measured floor plan.
