Viewber Diaries – Keti, London

“Who are the Viewbers?”

This series follows different Viewbers who are based all across the UK – sharing their experiences of being a Viewber.

These are the people who conduct the many property appointments and services that we offer. This is your chance to get to know them better!

My name is Keti, I’m a half Bulgarian half-Portuguese, dynamic and curious person who is always looking for new ways to engage and explore the city where I live. Being in London for already two years now, I can say that I’m starting to become familiar with many neighbourhoods around the areas that I have been living in. Some of this knowledge I would attribute to my experience as a being freelance Viewber agent.

I’ve been a Viewber since early January 2021 and having been in different jobs since starting with Viewber, I’m happy to always make space and time in my agenda to be available and conduct viewings on behalf of our property clients.

What does it look like behind the scenes of being a Viewber?

It’s always dynamic, positive, and partly unexpected. We might be working on behalf of agents and properties with whom we are already familiar, or we might find out about different styles of communication, particularly about the neighbourhood or collection points for the property’s keys along the way. We have to plan and organise ourselves in advance and be ready to provide exceptional support during the viewing or property’s inspection. It’s always rewarding to meet clients in different stages of their buying or renting process, understand particular needs or concerns and read how interested they are in the specific house or flat.

I’m extremely grateful for the trust of the agents and because of that I always put as much effort as possible on the feedback provided after each viewing. I provide the most accurate report, putting myself in the agents’ shoes.

Being a Viewber agent you will never have the same experience or day as previously, which is exciting but also requires attention, a smile, and a positive attitude. We need to understand the properties’ characteristics well, read notes and requirements of the agents and be at the location on time, before the arrival of the client/viewer (so we can make sure that we are totally familiar with what we will be showing).

In my personal life, I love to go on long walks and hikes in the countryside around London, always up to discovering a new restaurant, live music place, look at art expositions and spend time with my friends.

Viewber is a big part of my priorities as I see it as a great opportunity to understand the residential side of the city, achieve daily targets in an enjoyable way, and provide great support.

There are a lot of opportunities to find out about new developments, peaceful houses along the river, or how buildings in busy streets look from the inside. If you are willing to commit to consistency, accept and complete the viewing in a smooth way and always have a smile, this might sound great for you as well.
