This morning in the Times there was an article by Jessie Hewitson that quite succinctly puts what we are doing into words. Sub editors as always get their pennies worth in and imply that agents simply close up shop at the end of the day - I am a firm believer that most agents push the boat out to do viewings whenever they can, we are simply trying to add to what they do. Have a read and see what you think.
This is a real voicemail forwarded to us by a frustrated buyer... he subsequently asked the agent why they don't use Viewber - they do now!
So, what do you currently spend on sending staff out on viewings?
How does booking a viewing with Viewber work? For clients, it’s as simple as clicking a button but here we also explain what happens after the booking is sent.
