Viewber celebrates it’s 500,000th appointment

Outsourced viewings and inspections provider Viewber has successfully completed over half a million appointments on behalf of thousands of UK clients. Launched at the end of 2016 the business, founded by ex-agent Ed Mead, his wife ex-head of PR at Savills Jamie Jago, and tech entrepreneur and former Harrier pilot Marcus de Ferranti, has grown at an average annual rate of 40% and covers every aspect of property related industries and every UK postcode. It now counts some of the UK’s most prestigious companies, such as Lomond, McHugh Auctions,, and many other very well-known names amongst its clients.

Although originally aimed at the estate agent industry, the firm evolved naturally and has seen the fastest and strongest growth in the auction, fast buy, and property management sectors. Estate agency is now increasing rapidly as agents look to consolidate and spread their brands more widely without racking up massive staffing costs.

Growth has been further fuelled by being able to provide unique end-to-end services – viewing a property before taking it on, listing packs and EPCs, viewings, inspections, and key handovers – as well as producing 360 tours for a fraction of the cost of a few years ago.

The growth of fast-buy businesses – which serve a growing sector of the market – is due in part to the way Viewber gives clients access to a national, experienced workforce often at short notice.

Other sectors, like social housing, property management, and lettings, have struggled recently to keep up with ever more stringent regulations that simply can’t be covered by AI or digitally. Additionally, companies don’t have or want the necessary and expensive manpower to facilitate this compliance; thousands of fire door checks being a case in point.

Using Viewber, with its ability to provide end-to-end property services in all sectors reliably and efficiently, has revolutionised the way some companies work and allowed them to expand as a result.
