Viewber Diaries: Antonio’s Journey Through Real Estate Photography Across the North West
Hi, I’m Antonio – a Viewber Member who joined the network just over a year ago. Since then, I’ve photographed more than 100 properties across the North West.
What started as an opportunity to get into real estate photography has grown into something much bigger… both professionally and personally.
A creative journey into property photography
Before Viewber, my path wasn’t straightforward. I worked as a teaching assistant before completing an apprenticeship in content creation, where I developed my creative and technical skills.
Eventually, I made the decision to fully commit to my passion for art and photography. I created my own business, AC Digital Creations, to follow that dream and build something of my own.
Since then, my artwork has been featured in two exhibitions and published in a magazine, which was a proud moment for me as a creative.
Alongside property photography, I also work in school photography, capturing those important “picture day” moments for students and families.
All of these experiences have shaped how I approach homes – with attention to detail, patience, and a creative eye.
Becoming a Viewber Member in the North West
No two appointments are ever the same, and that’s what I love most about being a Viewber Member.
Of course, photographing a large property, especially one with something unique like an indoor pool, is always exciting. But what really stays with me are the conversations.
Meeting homeowners, having a chat, and hearing their stories – those human moments are what make this work meaningful.
Learning from every appointment
In the beginning, I learned some valuable lessons. I used to arrive and set up all my equipment before even assessing the property.
Over time, I realised the importance of walking around first and making sure everything is safe and suitable before even taking my camera out of the bag.
I’ve also had to deal with situations where access wasn’t straightforward, which taught me professionalism, patience, and how to handle challenges calmly.
Preparation is key. I always ensure batteries are charged and backups are ready. When I first started, I relied on a checklist. Now, after 100+ houses, it feels like second nature!
Working in a changing property market
The property market is constantly evolving. With technology like drones and 360° tours becoming more common, it’s making it easier for buyers to find their dream home.
It’s exciting to be part of that shift.
I’m currently developing a real estate photography course where I’ll share everything I’ve learned – from early mistakes to camera settings, equipment advice, and editing techniques.
Life outside of property photography
Behind the scenes, I’m a simple guy. I enjoy playing basketball, getting creative with my art, and most importantly, spending time with my wife and son.
That balance keeps me grounded and motivated.
Final thoughts
If I could give my younger self advice, I’d say: keep going exactly as you are. Every experience has helped me grow.
One quote that stays with me is: “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots… That is why I succeed.”
That mindset reflects my journey so far.
And I’m only just getting started.
Sound like your kind of thing?
