Our Viewbers are alerted - as soon as you make a booking, the postcode and time is sent to vetted and trusted Viewbers local to your property via our online diary management system. A Viewber who can meet your request will accept your booking and you’ll receive confirmation, usually in minutes.
Sharing property details – details of the property in question will then be sent to the Viewber, so they are prepared ahead of the viewing. As your Viewber will be a local, they’ll already know the area and be able to explain what it’s like to live there. Don’t forget, our Viewbers are happy to collect keys from your office, if required, and can conduct repeat viewings for continuity.
Customise your report – although our standard inspection reports have been created with input from estate agents, we realise each one is unique. You can send us specific instructions at the time of booking through your online dashboard, so your report is customised and feedback tailored.
Post-viewing feedback – as soon as the viewing concludes, our Viewbers use a smartphone or tablet to fill out the feedback form, usually on the spot. Their feedback is sent to your dashboard immediately – often more quickly than waiting for a negotiator to come back from an appointment with an update. The feedback will include photos and you can request videos too.
Keeping standards high – you’ll be asked to rate our service out of 5 stars based on the feedback given and/or reports the Viewber has supplied. This ensures we only retain Viewbers of the highest calibre.
